The type of the abuse is a research focus in the field of Antitrust Law. The case of China Telecom and China Unicom ,which triggered widespread concern in 2011 ,brought a new problem to the antitrust laws in the regulation of market dominant position abuse,, that the price squeeze is a separate abuse type of dominant positions, or only a variant of the price discrimination? The United States and the EU ,both advanced in Antitrust Law, have different views about this question. The United States supports that the price squeeze only deemed as criteria,of refusals to deal or predatory pricing ,The EU tend to believe that it is an independent type of abuse need to be regulated strictly. Because of lacking legal and theoretical imperfections, Our country have not yet make a clear position on the price squeeze How to choose our own way, is the focus of this paper. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is about the basic theory of the price squeeze, including the concept of price squeeze and its components,and academic economic analysis of the the price squeeze regulation . The second part focuses on the two different attitude of the United States and the European Union about the price squeeze regulation, including the development process of each and the underlying theoretical analysis.We try to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of regulation,in order to provide us a reference..The third part is the most important part of this article.The case of China Telecom and China Unicom ,as an example, show that how the price squeeze in our country should be located and regulated. In this part,firstly, I introduce the background of the case of China Telecom and China Unicom,.Then throughout the theoretical and practical analysis ,,I think the price squeeze should be seen as a stan
