技术联盟中企业技术学习对技术创新绩效的影响研究摘要随着全球化趋势愈演愈烈，消费者偏好、技术环境、经济环境的波动性越来 越剧烈，对技术创新的要求也越来越高。为了持续的进行技术创新，企业必须不 断地进行技术学习，从而 同时增加自身的技术能力与生产效率。实践证明，再先 进的企业也难以单纯地依赖自身的资源来满足市场对于自身技术学习与能力提 升的需要，所以，企业要积极寻求外部资源来拓展自己的创新途径，维持自身的 竞争优势。于是，在众多寻求外部合作的过程中，企业更青睐于以技术联盟作为 自身技术创新领域的合作模式，技术联盟的数量也与日俱增。但技术联盟的数量 并没有保证它的成功率，而且实证表明，近 50%-60%的技术联盟都以失败告终。技术学习的效果是衡量技术联盟成功与否的关键。所以本文从技术学习效果 出发，来研究技术联盟中影响技术学习的要素，以便为我国企业组建有利于自身 的技术联盟提供有价值的建议。在总结和回顾大量文献的基础上，本文首先将技 术联盟影响技术学习的特征要素归为明确的共同目标、有效的管理机制、相互兼 容的文化以及企业自身的优势资源四大类。同时，将技术学习根据学习的内容与 方向划分为挖潜学习和探新学习，并对技术联盟的特征要素如何影响挖潜学习和 探新学习进行理论分析。在理论分析的基础上，提出了实证研究的模型和假设， 采用以调查问卷为主、访问性谈话为辅的方法，对青岛及周边地区的 147 家企业 进行调查，得到有效问卷 124 份，并利用 SPSS 统计软件对调查结果进行分析。 根据调查和分析的结果，得出以下几个研究结论：我国企业在技术联盟中有着良好的挖潜学习效果，明确的共同目标、有效的 管理机制、联盟成员相似的文化以及自身的优势资源都有利于企业的挖潜学习， 而对于探新学习，四个要素中，只有有效的管理机制与探新学习有显著正相关关 系。同时，证实假设：探新与挖潜学习有着显著正相关关系，即有效的挖潜学习 是探新学习的保障，反之亦然。根据假设的验证结果，提出了提高技术联盟中技 术学习效果的对策：与企业的合作者树立共同的目标、建立有效的管理机制、促 进联盟企业的文化兼容、平等的资源优势以及探新与挖潜学习的协同。关键字：技术联盟；挖潜学习；探新学习Research About the Influence on Technological Innovation Performance of Technological Learning in Technology Alliance AbstractWith the trend of globalization intensified , the volatility of consumerpreferences, the economical and technological environment become much more violent , technological innovation are increasingly required by the competition.
