冀中能源煤炭业务发展战略研究摘要随着经济不断发展对不可再生能源的需求和可利用能源的不断减少，国内主要的大型煤炭企业即将面临如何保持可持续发展的问题。如何坚持主业保持持续稳定的步伐的同时，中国煤炭企业如何增加企业新的利润增长点，将成为大多数煤炭企业不得不思考的问题。为国内煤炭企业在今后发展战略的选择上提供可行性的方案。本文首先对发展战略等相关理论进行梳理，在相关文献综述的基础上，运用SWOT分析法对冀中集团公司外部环境中的机会与威胁、内部因素中的优势与劣势进行分析和评价，通过构造SWOT分析模型，确定了冀中能源集团公司未来总体发展战略目标，确定了发展战略目标的具体实施方法，据此提出了加强规避市场风险、加大资本运营投融资体系、坚持管理体制创新和技术创新；优化组织结构、抓好人力资源发展、建立现代市场营销体系、积极争取国家政策和地方政府支持等一系列保障措施。关键词：发展战略，SWOT分析，煤炭业务，冀中能源JIZHONGENERGYCOALBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGYRESEARCHABSTRACTWiththeconstantdevelopmentofeconomythedemandforrenewableenergyandenergy decrease ceaselessly，the main domestic large-scale coal enterprise will face the problemhow tokeepsustainabledevelopment.Howtoadheretothemainbusinesstomaintainsustainedand steadypaceatthesametime，Chinesecoalenterprisestoincreasethecompanysnewprofit growthpoint，willbecomethemostcoalcompanytheproblemthatmustthink.Fordomesticcoalenterprisesinthefutureinthechoiceofdevelopmentstrategyprovidesthefeasiblescheme.
