The aim of this paper is using the knowledge of Economic Law to analyze the crisis of the Chinese Income Gap in Distribution, and giving some advices basing on the perfection of Codes and Laws of Economic Law in valid. The paper starts by analyzing the current cases of the Chinese Income Gap in Distribution, and then talks about the actual basis and harm of it. In many views, the paper shows the strictness of the crisis by collecting much authoritative data, and shows the actual basis of the crisis in the following. By the means of Economic Law, which are the Market Regulation Law and Macroscopical Regulation and control Law, the paper analyzes the reason why the Chinese Income Gap in Distribution happens, and tried to find the solutions to this crisis. The Economic Law should shows and accelerates the development which is all-round, harmonious and sustainable and bases on the humans. So firstly the process of giving the Economic Law more equity should be guided by the Scientific Outlook on Development. Then the paper offers the other solutions in the Market Regulation Law, State Owned Capitals Law, Tax Law, Bank Law, Price Law to solve the Chinese income gap in distribution. All the things above make the paper have some significance in academic creativity and actuality. The paper may have some innovations in the points following: First, analyzing the crisis with the newest and most authoritative data to show the austere actuality and the rule in change. Second, it is rarely to talk about the lack in the present Economic Law in the view of the gap in the residence distribution. Third, this paper studied the newly published Anti-Monopoly Law, and gave some advices in the solving of the Natural Monopoly System, which needed the help of the Price Law.
