提供全套毕业设计，各专业都有 调速器盖的压铸模结构设计 摘要 压铸技术的日趋完善，使得铝合金铸件得到广泛发展和应用。 该设计主要的内容是铝合金壳体压铸模的结构设计。根据零件的特点本次设计主要针对模具的整体机构以及装配关系、导向元件及其装配关系、浇注系统、推出机构以及压铸机的选择等做了系统的分析、计算，参照了大量的设计实例最终提出了一套比较合理，可靠的设计方案。此外通过查阅资料，对压铸机生产过程中容易出现的缺陷进行了分析。 为提高经济效益和产品的合格率，本次设计可在机械性能方面满足零件的使用性能，而且在尺寸和精度上要求更精确。为了延长模具的使用寿命，尽量避免正面冲击型芯和型腔，对浇注系统做了圆形逆时针注入的设计。为了减少铸造过程的劳动强度，螺钉和定位销等的链接尽量采取标准件。 关键词：压铸模 模具设计 铝合金 全套图纸，加 The shell of governor casting mold structure design Abstract Die-casting technology is perfect with each passing day,making aluminum alloy die-casting pieces widely development and application. This design is main about the aluminum alloy shell components compression casting mold desing development.Mainly aimed at the mold according to components characteristic this design the overall organization as well as the assembly relations,guides the part and the assembly relations,the casting system,promotes the organization as well as the die-casting machine choice and so on has made the system analysis,the computation,referred to the massive design example finally to propose a set quite reasonably,the reliable design proposal.In addition through the consult material,to pressed the flaw which in the casting production process easy to appear to carry on the analysis. In order to enhance economic efficiency and product qualified rate,this design may satisfy the components in the mechanical property aspect the operational performance,moreover requests in the size and the precision precisely.In order to lengthen the mold the service life,evades as far as possible avoids frontage impact core and the die space,to poured the system to make the design which the circular anti-clockwise poured into.In order to reduce the casting process the labor intensity,connections and so on bolt and positioning pin uses the standard letter as far as possible.
