浅谈中小企业的诚信建设 【摘要】市场经济不仅以法律作为保障，更是以诚信作为支撑。诚信在市场经济运行中具有极为重要的地位。时下，尽管中小企业已成为我国市场主要的微观经济主体，诚信缺失问题却成为阻碍其进一步发展的瓶颈。我国中小企业普遍面临着严重的诚信问题，其诚信缺失不仅表现为履约意识的缺失，也表现为履约能力的不足。究其原因，既有束缚中小企业诚信经营客观方面的原因，又有其自身主观方面的原因；既有中小企业自身微观层面的原因，又有极为深刻的宏观层面的原因。企业内部诚信的建立对防范外部诚信问题和树立企业诚信形象有着重要的作用，企业外部诚信问题的妥善处理亦有助于企业内部诚信的建立。因此，需要针对中小企业诚信问题内部、外部两个方面给出中小企业诚信建设的建议。 【关键字】中小企业 企业诚信 诚信建设 The Brief Discussion on the Trustworthiness Developments of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise 【Abstract】The market economy not only guarantees with the law, but also supports with the trustworthiness. The trustworthiness has the extremely important position in market economy. At present, though the small busimess enterprise has become the principal part of the market economy in our country, the trustworthiness problem has become the bottleneck that obstructs its further development. The small business enterprise is widespread to face the serious trustworthiness problem. Its trustworthiness imperfection not only include the objective aspect of the small business enterprise, but also include the subjective aspect; not only include the microscopic aspect of the small business enterprise, but also include the deeply macroscopic aspect. The establishments of the interior trustworthiness in the small business enterprise will against the exterior trustworthiness imperfection and support the trustworthiness problem is beneficial toestablishment. Appropriate handling of the exterior trustworthiness problem is beneficial to establish the internal trustworthiness.
