毕业设计（论文）报告 题 目 PLC+变频器在电梯中的应用 院（系）别 中德机电学院 专 业 电气自动化 班 级 姓 名 学 号 指导教师 2011年 4 月 摘? 要 电梯的运行是一个复杂的过程，作为一种重要的日常交通工具，其性能的好坏主要取决于拖动系统、控制系统的性能。为了实现安全、方便、舒适、高效和自动化运行，除了需要良好的拖动系统以外，还必须要有一套完善、可靠的控制系统。为克服传统的继电器组成的系统触点多，故障率高，可靠性差和体积庞大等的不足，拟采用PLC来实现电梯的自动控制。通过理论分析，PLC不仅能实现对开关量的逻辑控制，还具有数学运算、数据处理、运动控制、模拟量PID控制、通信等功能，完全可取代继电器控制系统。本文介绍的电梯的调速是通过变频来进行调速的。现今，在运动控制领域里变频调速得到广泛的应用。因为变频调速可实现平滑调速，调速精度可与直流电动机相聘美。大功率晶体管的开发使变频器的造价也越来越低，从成本和性能考虑选用PLC对变频器控制实现变频调速。本设计中的电梯主要对各种呼梯信号和当时的运行状态进行综合分析，再确定下一个工作状态。为此，它要求具有自动定向、顺向截梯、反向保号、外呼记忆、自动开/ 关门、停梯消号、自动平层、检修慢速和安全保护等功能，大大提高了电梯的安全性和实用性。 关键词: 电梯； 变频器； 控制系统 ； PLC Abstract The elevator movement is a complex process, took one kind of important daily transportation vehicle, its performance quality mainly is decided by the dragging system, the control system performance..
