浅析消费者权益保护制度的完善问题摘要 《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》是与中国普通老百姓日常生活联系最密切的一部法律，该法自颁布实施以来，在唤醒消费者权益自我保护意识、加快我国市场经济立法进程、促进有中国特色社会主义法制建设等方面发挥了积极的作用。进入新世纪，随着市场经济的发展，改革的不断深入，尤其入世后经济的飞速发展，经济全球化的到来，势必带来服务的全球化，因为在改革开放的今天，很多服务都是与世界同步的。只有将更多的服务接受者纳入消费者的范畴，才能更有效地推动消费权益的保护工作，从而达到法律保护的同步，我国经历了从无法可依到《消费者权益保护法》出台，以及之后一系列相关法律体系的逐渐完善。当今世界，没有哪个国家在十几年的时间发生过如此巨大和深刻的变化，这些变化改变了我们的生活节奏、生活方式，也改变着我们的价值观和思维方式。消费者权益保护出现了许多前所未有的新情况，消费者合法权益仍旧屡屡受损，这表明必须加强消费者维权研究，以切实保护消费者的合法权益。本文试对我国消费者权益保护现状、投诉的热点和难点以及近年新出台的与消费者密切相关的法律法规作以剖析，并提出相应的观点与建议。?关键词：消费者；投诉热点；消费者权益?Abstract the peoples Republic of China consumer rights and interests protection law and ordinary people in China most closely linked to the daily life a law, since the promulgation and enforcement of the law, in the wake of consumer awareness of self-protection, accelerate the legislative process of Chinas market economy, promote the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics etc. play a positive role. Only the more service recipients into Categories of consumers to more effectively promote the protection of consumer rights and interests, so as to achieve synchronization of legal protection, our country experienced from lawlessness to introduction of the consumer rights and interests protection law , and after a series of relevant legal system is gradually improving. In todays world, there is no which country in ten years of time had so great and profound changes, these changes changed our pace of life, lifestyle, also changed the our values and ways of thinking. The protection of the rights and interests of consumers appeared many new and unprecedented situation, the legitimate rights and interests of co
