卵巢上皮癌旁不同距离组织中survivin及MMP-2/TIMP-2的表达 【摘要】目的　通过对卵巢上皮癌旁不同距离组织的survivin及基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)/基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂2(TIMP-2)的表达量检测，探讨获取癌旁正常卵巢组织的安全界限。方法　采用RT-PCR检测20例正常卵巢组织，32例卵巢上皮癌组织及其癌旁0.5 cm、1.0 cm、1.5 cm处组织的survivin及MMP-2/TIMP-2的表达量。结果　癌旁0.5 cm处的卵巢组织survivin及MMP-2/TIMP-2表达量明显高于正常组织(P0.01)，略低于上皮癌组织但无统计学差异(P0.05);癌旁0.5～1.0 cm处的卵巢组织survivin及MMP-2/TIMP-2的表达量明显低于卵巢癌组织(P0.01)，略高于正常卵巢组织但无统计学差异(P0.05);癌旁1.0～1.5 cm处的卵巢组织survivin及MMP-2/TIMP-2的表达量和正常卵巢组织差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两种病理类型的卵巢上皮癌旁组织survivin及MMP-2/TIMP-2表达量差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论　癌旁0.5 cm以内的组织可能是肿瘤隐匿转移的危险区域，癌旁1.0 cm可能是获取正常卵巢组织的最小安全距离。 【关键词】 卵巢肿瘤;　基质金属蛋白酶2;　survivin;　基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂;　癌旁组织 【Abstract】　Objective　To investigate the safe margins for getting the normal ovarian tissues by evaluating the expression of survivin and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)/ tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) in the tissues within different distance adjacent to epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC).Methods　Survivin and MMP-2/TIMP-2 were detected by RT-PCR in 20 samples from normal ovarian tissues,32 samples from EOC tissues and 32 samples from adjacent ovarian tissues which were 0.5 cm,1.0 cm and 1.5 cm away from cancer.Results　The expressions of survivin and MMP-2/TIMP-2 in the tissues within 0.5 cm from cancer were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues (P0.01)，and a little lower than those in the EOC tissues without statistical difference(P0.05).The expression of survivin and MMP-2/TIMP-2 in the tissues between 0.5 cm to 1cm from cancer were lower than those in the EOC tissues (P0.01)，and a slightly higher than those in the normal ovarian tissues without statistical difference(P0.05).No significant difference was found in survivin and MMP-2/TIMP-2 expressions between the tissues in 1-1.5 cm from cancer and normal ovarian tissues(P0.05).There were no difference in survivin and MMP-2/TIMP-2 expression between two kinds of histological types(P0.05).Conclusions　The regions within 0.5 cm from cancer should be the dangerous lesions of occult
