摘 要 随着金融业竞争的加剧和全球金融一体化的推进，金融混业成为大势所趋，而银行业与保险业的融合，又显得尤为突出，二者不断融合的过程就是银保合作的过程。为此，总结分析当前我国银行保险发展中存在的问题和原因，借鉴发达国家和地区银保合作的成功经验，选择适合我国国情的银保合作发展策略及发展模式，对我国银行和保险公司的发展及增强他们的市场竞争力有着重大而深远的意义。 本论文将试图从理论分析入手,通过对外国及我国银行保险的现状、问题进行分析，从个别案例的实践中寻求答案，结合大量文献资料得出了我国银行保险的发展现状和存在问题，大胆提出我国发展和完善银行保险业务的一些对策和策略。 关键词：银行保险，现状，发展问题，对策 Abstract Along with the financial industry competitions aggravating and the global finance integrations advancement, the finance mixes industry becomes ultimately, but banking industry and insurance business fusion, also appears the outstandingly, the two fuse unceasingly the process is the bancassurance cooperation process.
