品質管理積極性、品管/生管部門互動與製造績效之實證研究－以資訊電子業為例 An Empirical Study of the Relationship among Quality Management Proactiveness,Quality Control/Production Control Interaction and Manufacturing Performance in Information and Electronic Industries 楊明璧* Mirng-Bih Yang* 曾耀煌 Yao-Huang Tseng 國立台北大學企業管理系 中州技術學院企業管理系 摘要 本研究以資訊電子業為研究對象，探討不同的品質管理積極性、品管/生管部門間之互動及製造績效三者間之關係。研究有四個發現，第一，以品質管理實務為衡量構面，經過分群之結果，資訊電子業之企業可分為「積極型」、「一般型」與「消極型」三種品質管理積極性類型，積極型之品質管理在品質管理實務構面上均顯著優於一般型；一般型又顯著優於消極型。第二，不同的品質管理積極性會影響製造績效，其中積極型明顯大於一般型和消極型。第三，不同的品質管理積極性會影響部門間之關係性與溝通頻率，其中積極型明顯高於一般型和消極型。第四，部門間互動（） ABSTRACT The study is to explore the relationship among quality management proactiveness, quality control/production control Interaction and manufacturing performance of information and electronic organizations in Taiwan. Our study showed the following results. 1. Quality management proactiveness could be classified into three types based on quality management practices：proactiveness, general and reactive. The proactiveness type is superior to the other two types in every perspective, while the general type is superior to the reactive type. 2. Different quality management proactiveness will affect manufacturing performance. The manufacturing performance of proactiveness type is significantly superior to that of general and reactive types. 3. Different quality management proactiveness will affect the relationships and communication frequencies of different departments . The relationships and communication frequencies of proactiveness type is significantly superior to that of general and reactive types. 4. Interdepartmental interactions include conflict, relationship and communication frequency, and they will affect manufacturing performance. Among these three components, conflict can affect cost performance only, while relationship will affect quality, cost , delivery and flexibility performance, and communication frequency will affect cost and delivery performance.
