牵引结合关节松动术治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察 李元进 李金东 万裕萍 摘要 目的：观察牵引结合关节松动术对神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：选取110例神经根型颈椎病患者，将其随机分为治疗组（采用牵引结合关节松动术，中频电疗，n=55）与对照组（采用牵引，中频电疗，n=55）。治疗组在牵引状态下，根据患者的具体请况行1～4级不同级别的关节松动术，每次关节松动15min，每天一次，并配合中频电疗，中频频率为（5000±20）HZ，每次20min，每天一次。对照组仅使用牵引配合中频电疗法。 对于两组患者牵引角度为颈前屈20o，牵引力量为体重1/10。采用1992年第二届全国颈椎病专题座谈会拟定的标准及视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评定患者治疗前、后病情改变情况。结果：2组患者经相应治疗后其症状及VAS评分均较治疗前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05），治疗后2组患者上述评分进行比较，差异亦有统计学意义（P﹤0.05），且治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：牵引结合关节松动术治疗神经根型颈椎病效果明显，值得临床推广应用。 关键词 神经根型颈椎病；关节松动术；生物力学平衡；牵引；中频电疗 Clinical observation of traction combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traction combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis. Methods: 110 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, these patients were randomly divided into treatment group (treated by traction combined with joint mobilization and medium frequency electrotherapy, n=55) and control group (using traction combined with medium frequency electrotherapy, n=55).
