AbstractWiththedevelopmentofcomputernetworkandgeographicinformationtechnology,WebGIShasbeenwidelyusedinvariousfields.However,mostoftheconsultationsystemhasnotintroducedgeographicinformationservice,whichcausesinconvenienceinemergencyprocessing.Onaccountofthelackofgeographicinformationserviceinconsultationsystem,thethesisproposesthatWebGISserviceshouldbeintroducedtoprovidespatialinformationresourceforattendees.Atfirst,thethesismakesadetaileddescriptionofthecontentoftheconsultationsystem.Andthen,itexpoundsthefeaturesandfunctionsofWebGISservice.Meanwhile,thethesisanalysesthearchitectureandimplementationtechniquesofWebGIS.Besides,thethesiscomparesseveralcommonlyusedWebGISserviceplatforms.Consideringtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofsoftwareplatformandtheactualdemandofsystem,thethesischoosesESRIsArcGISproductasplatform.Accordingtothesystem’srequirementsanalysis,thethesisgivesaWebGISservicemoduledesignandproposesthegeneralframeworkbaseontheB/Smode.Inthisthesis,theVisualStudiodevelopmenttoolisusedtodevelopapplicationsandtheArcGISServerisusedastheserviceplatform.Inaddition,thethesisusesMicrosoftSQLServer2008andspatialdataengineArcSDEtomanagedataandusesASP.NET,AjaxandotherwebrelatedtechnologiestorealizetheWebGISservice.Finally,thethesispresentstheoperationofWebGISserviceandrealizessomefunctionssuchasgeographicinformationquery,pathanalysisandlayerseperatingmanagement.Keywords:ConsultationSystem,Emergencycommand,WebGIS,ArcSDE目录第一章绪论.............................................................................................................................................................11.1研究背景与应用现状................................................................................................................................11.1.1研究背景.........................................................................................................................................11.1.2会商系统在应急指挥领域的应用..............................................................................................
