AbstractWiththeadvanceofscience,moreandmorefamilieshavetheirowncars,whichhascausedtrafficjams,worsenedtheairpollution,aswellasincreasedthegreenhouseeffect.Ithasbecomeachallengetotheurbanlivingenvironment.Peoplestarttorealizethattheapproachtosolvingthetrafficproblemistodeveloppublictransportation.Bicyclingisoneoftheeffectiveways.Atabroad,publicbicyclinghasbeentriedinmanycitiesandhasachieveddesirableresults.InChina,somecitesbegintocarryouttheideaofsustainabledevelopmentoftransportationsoastopromotethewidespreaduseofpublicbicycles.Toshiftthebicyclefromanindividualtransportationtooltoapublictransportationtoolisoneoftheimportantpoliciesandactstoimplementthepriorandsustainabledevelopmentofpublictransportationincities.However,therehasbeenrelativelylittletheoreticalresearchonbicyclesasapublictransportationtoolindomesticacademiccircle,soistheapplicationresearch.Aimedatfillinginagapinrelevanttheories,theresearchontheapplicationofbicyclesasapublictransportationsystemalsotriestocomplementandperfectthetheoryandpracticeoftheintegratedtrafficplanningincities.ThroughtheanalysisandcomparisonofsuccessesandfailuresonpublicbicycletransportationsysteminEuro-AmericancountriesandChina,thispaperprobesintotheguaranteemechanismsonpromotingtheapplicationofpublicbicycletransportationsystem.ThroughasurveyontrialoperationofHangzhou’spublicbicycletransportationsystem,weanalyzetheplanningprojectofpublicbicycletransportationsystemandputforwardsomesuggestionsonthedevelopmentofitandroadconstruction,withthehopeofofferingsomenovelideastobetterimplementthesustainabledevelopmentbetweenpublictrafficandenvironment.KeyWords:TransportPolicy;PublicBicycleSystems;HangzhouII目录第1章绪论·························································································11.1研究背景及意义············································································11.1.1理论意义·············································································21.1.2实践意义·······························································
