AbstractSince half of 20 centuries latter, that urbanization develops enormously and the integration deepens in the whole world brings about all the countries in the world to be confronted with various degrees of landscape crisis. Whose principal character is various degrees of assimilation for landscape in some area. Result in that region characteristic and history culture value of the city disappears gradually, and that culture multielement and the environment comfortableness reduce. Especially in our country, the theory and practice on the city landscape planning are being in starting phase. It is sort of systematical assurance to the city overall form and compositive thought to the landscape image. The feature that some surface forms were blindly followed affter was seriously.We were take the ture project which named that a plan and urban design for the core area of Long Wan’s seaside in Hu Lu Dao city as the studying background. And take landscape planning as point of penetration, through the self-examination to the designing process and the summary to the characteristic, we had discussed about the mathod and the path to take the landscape thought into the city planning, and brought forward the principle for the landscape planning in the new developed area of city, hopping to supplying with consult and draw lessons for the study and practice, to make sure that the economic effect , organisms habits beneficial result , ideal social benefits as three-in-one.By the fact that the environment and the area place condition analysed, the problem and the antinomy had been brought forward. At the same time, we had made settling the antinomy between building and protecting as the core content of landscape plan. By comparison with various plans, the plan as the organic growth had been fixed on ultimately. To reach the combination state that making the economic effect , organisms habits beneficial result , ideal social benefits as three-in-one. Attach to command the int
