摘要多品种、小批量的混流式生产方式已逐步取代了已往的，品种单一、大批量 的传统生产模式。当今经济的全球化、市场化以及信息化，使得市场经济的竞争 达到了空前激烈的状态，因此一个企业要想在市场中占有一席之地，就必须不断 地跟上社会发展的步伐，更新自身企业生产模式。本论文就是通过跟企业的实际流程相结合，对混流式生产方式进行了分析， 并以仿真软件 Flexsim 为桥梁，对该企业的实际生产流程进行了分析和改善。论 文首先介绍了一些混流式生产方式的基本的概念，其中涉及到了企业的生产节 拍，生产节拍是企业生产流程中很重要的一个参数，而且也是本论文所涉及到的 很重要的一个参数。接着就是介绍了企业生产流程中常出现的问题，即瓶颈现象， 瓶颈是企业生产加工过程中不能避免的一种问题，因为它不仅仅存在于企业的低 效率流程，也可能出现在企业生产高效率流程中，所以对于生产的瓶颈，只能将 其早点发现，并对其进行相应的改善，达到优化的生产线，提高企业效率的目的。 在后面本论文就对一个企业的生产流程作了详细的描叙和分析，并介绍了本论文 所需运用到的 Flexsim 软件，介绍了该软件在仿真上面比其它软件的优越性等等。 最后就是本论文的核心部分，即对企业流程的仿真与改善。通过以企业生产节拍 为基础，运用 Flexsim 软件来仿真，所得到的仿真结果可用来判断该流程的生产 瓶颈，并对其进行相应的改善。通过找出企业生产瓶颈应用相关改善方法来改善企业瓶颈，再运用 Flexsim 仿真软件改善后的企业流程进行分析，并与改善前的生产流程进行对比，从而获 得企业生产率的提高。最终实现了企业改善的目的。关键词：混流式；Flexsim 仿真；节拍；生产瓶颈AbstractMixed-flow production mode of many varieties，small batch has gradually replaced the single、large quantities of Traditional mode .In todays EconomicGlobalization,Marketization and Informatization, making the competition of Market Economy reach an unprecedented fierce state, so an enterprise wants to occupy a space for one person in the market, We must continue to keep up with the pace of Social Development, updating the production mode of its own business.In this paper, by combining with the actual process of the enterprise is the phase, Mixed-flow production areanalyzed, and the simulation software Flexsim as a bridge, the actual production process of the enterprise are analyzed and improved.
