金红叶项目需采购压缩空气系统，报价规范如下： GHY project needs to purchase compressed air system, the specification as follows: 系统产气量约为25立方米/分，工作压力约为0.55-0.7 MPa The compressed air system is producing approx. 25 CMM and working pressure is approx. 0.55-0.7 MPa 喷油螺杆式空气压缩机，产气量约为20立方米/分，排气压力约为0.75 MPa,冷却方式为水冷式。2台定速机和1台变频机及冷却水塔热交换系统 Water cooled oil injected screw type air compressor is producing approx.20 CMM compressed air and discharge pressure is approx.0.75 MPa. 2 sets fixed speed and 1 set variable speed with cooling tower system. 空气压缩机进气过滤器容积流量约为30立方米/分。 The air compressor inlet air filter capacity is approx.30 CMM 吸附式干燥机产气量约为30立方米/分,工作压力为0.75MPa The adsorption type air dryer is producing approx.30 CMM compressed air and discharge pressure is 0.75 MPa 压缩空气过滤器容积流量约为30立方米/分，过滤粒径为1μM 和0.01μM Compressed air filter capacity is approx.30 CMM, the filter is 1μM and 0.01μM 车间储气罐3个连附件如过压排放阀、自动祛水器、压力表等由厂商提供。储气罐容积约为12-15立方米 Air receiver 3 sets including pressure relief valve, auto drain trap, pressure gauge etc. are supplied by supplier.
