7/5、5/5and6/7genotypesamongESN,healthycontrolandHIV-1carriersgraduallydecrease.Theallelefrequencyof5and6alsohadthesametrend.Buttherewerenosignificantdifferenceingenotypes（P=0.782）andgeneallelesbetweenthreegroups.WefoundtheESNshadsignificantlylowerpercentageofHLA-DR+CD4TcellsandHLA-DR+CD8TcellsthanhealthycontrolsandHIV-1carriers（P=0.024，0.009）.Thetwoindexalsohadsignificantpositivecorrelation（P0.001，r=0.960）.HealthycontrolscouldbeclearlydividedintolowexpressiongroupandhighexpressiongroupaccordingtoHLA-DR+CD8Tcellsexpression.AccordingtoFisher’sexactChi-squaretest,onlyA*03andB*55genotypedistributionhadstatisticsignificance.Inhealthycontrols,A*02andA*24genotypedistributionshownsignificantdifferencebetweenHLA-DR+CD8lowandhighexpressiongroups（P=0.020，0.038）.Theanalysisofalleledistributionalsoconfirmaboveresultsofthedifferencebetweenthetwogenepolymorphism（P=0.007，0.009）.DRB1*09alsoshowsignificantdifferenceinalleledistribution.ThedistributionofA*02alleleshowedsignificantnegativecorrelationwithHLA-DR+CD8expression(P=0.008),whereasthedistributionofA*24displayedasignificantpositivecorrelationwithHLA-DR+CD8expression(P=0.045).ConclusionsHanChinesehasverylowmutationfrequencyinDC-SIGN.ItisnotnecessarytoanalyzeDC-SIGNpolymorphisminfuturestudy.WeneedlargesampleordataofcellbiologytoconformtherelationbetweenHIV-1susceptibilityandDC-SIGNRpolymorphism.ToHanChinese,thelowactivationstatusofTlymphocytehasclosecorrelationwithHIV-1lowsusceptibility.HanChinesecanbedividedintolowandhighsusceptibilitygroupsaccordingtoactivationstatusofHLA-DR+CD8fromtheaspectsofstatisticanalysisandbiologicalsignificance.HLA-A*02polymorphismmutationmaybetheprotectfactorofHIV-1infectionandHLA-A*24polymorphismmutationmaybetheriskfactorofHIV-1infectiontoHanChinese.InnovativePointFirstlysetquantitiveenrollmentstandardinESNsresearchinChina.FirstlyreportthecloserelationshipbetweenHLA-DRhigh/lowexpressionandHIV-1susceptibilityofHanChinese.FirstlyreporttheresultthatHLA-A*02polymorphismmutationmaybetheprotectfactorofHIV-1
