AbstractWith the advent of the era of the global economic integration, the competition among enterprises appears more competition for human resource and thus the core competitive strength of enterprise relies more and more on the human resource management. The key of human resource management lies in strengthening human resource management, enhancing the value of human resource and affirming the contribution that staff made to the company. The evaluation of performance, an essential base of the human resource management, is developing its importance as the tool of improving the performance of both the enterprise and its staff. Its been an unsettled problem explored years by enterprises in and abroad that how to strengthen the management of enterprise performance and establish a system of evaluation for the enterprise.Combining with the scientific performance evaluation and the current situation of HL Company, the thesis studies an optimized plan for the evaluation of performance for the enterprise on the basis of theory of performance management. Chapter 1 expounds the background and significance of the subject, the study trends in and abroad and the study line and method; Chapter 2 elucidates the basic theory and method of performance management and evaluation; Chapter 3 conducts an over-all analysis of the current state of the performance evaluation system of HL Company through questionnaire, interview, etc. and probes its problems and defects; Chapter 4 analyses the optimized plan for the performance evaluation system of HL Company and proposes some practical methods; Chapter 5 puts forward the safeguard measure of the implementation of the optimized plan for the performance evaluation system of HL Company expecting to offer some feasible strategy suggestions to the performance evaluation of HL Company and even other enterprises.According to the strategy planning and operation goal of HL Company, the author of the thesis conducts an optimized study of the perform
