摘要改革开放三十年来，我国经济增长迅速，但经济高增长的背后也沉淀了诸多问题。最主要的是高经济增长没有转换成民生福祉，经济增长缺乏伦理。究其原因，在于传统经济增长过于注重经济属性发挥，忽视了经济伦理的软实力支撑，导致经济增长与经济伦理非对称性矛盾突出，经济增长质量受到质疑。经济增长与经济伦理的对称性是社会公共需求，是提升经济增长质量和实现可持续发展的最有效手段。提升经济伦理软实力支撑，提升经济增长的社会属性是社会发展的必然。本论文主要目的是针对现实经济增长与经济伦理非对称性问题，探讨出经济增长与经济伦理如何有效嵌融的机制，进而提升经济增长的社会属性。本文首先明确了本课题研究的目的和意义，探讨了经济增长与经济伦理对称的必要性，接着立足于河南省实际，扫视了河南省经济增长与经济伦理非对称性症结，紧接着分析其非对称性病症产生原因，然后开具出消除经济伦理与经济增长的非对称病症的药方——具体措施。在具体措施中，主要立足于两个构建一个完善，一是构建经济人性正义化机制创建经济伦理生成环境。二是构建经济增长与经济伦理非对称消除的文化转换路径。三是完善经济增长与经济伦理非对称消除的制度性机制，这里包括财政税收制度要体现政府动向和通过强化制度执行机制实现政府导向两个方面。经济增长与经济伦理的对称性是转换经济增长方式一个切入点，可有效地实现经济增长的经济属性与社会属性的结合，这也是社会发展的必然趋势。关键词：经济增长，经济伦理，对称性IABSTRACTReformandopeningup30years,ourcountryeconomyisgrowingrapidly.Buteconomicgrowthisprecipitatedbehindmanyproblems.Themainproblemisthathigheconomicgrowthdidntconvertintohighsenseofhappiness.Infact,theeconomicgrowthisthelackoftheethics.Therootcauseliesinthetraditionaleconomicgrowthbiasedtowardeconomicalattributeplay.Itignoredthesoftpoweroftheeconomicethics,resultingineconomicgrowthandeconomicethicsasymmetryproblemoutstanding.Peoplehavequestionedthequalityofeconomicgrowth.Economicgrowthandeconomicethicssymmetryissocialpublicdemand.Itistopromoteeconomicgrowthandsustainabledevelopmentinqualityofthemosteffectivemeans.Anditistheinevitableresultofsocialdevelopmenttopromotetheeconomicethicssoftpowersupport.Themainpurposeofthispaperistoexplorehoweconomicgrowthandeconomicethicembeddedharmonymechanismeffectively.Firstly,thispaperintroducesthesubjectresearchanddiscussesthepurposeandsignificanceofeconomicgrowthandeconomicethicssymmetricalnecessity.ThenbasedinHenanprovince,Henanprovincebeforetheactualeconomicgrowthandeconomicethicsasymmetry,followedbyanalyzingitscruxofasymmetricdiseasecauses,andthenopenouteconomicethicalandeconomicgrowthtoeliminatetheasymmetricdiseaseprescription--concretemeasures.Intheconcretemeasures,itmainlyincludesthreeaspects.Thefirstistoconstructthemechanismtocreateeconomichumanjusticeeconomicethicalgeneratingenvironment.Secondly,itistoconstructeconom
