A Research on Application of Lean Six Sigma in Processing Reengineering Based on Patients SafetyABSTRACTPatient safety process is the hospital service provides patients with the program, some hospitals appeared in the hospitalization process cumbersome, patients waiting time and the moving distance is too long and the process is not the problem such as the standard, the application of Lean Six Sigma management method for process improvement has important theoretical and practical significance. Current our country is facing the medical organizations reform and diversification of system of new trend, not only need the strategy system and policy design, need more excellent mode of operation, system operation and the operation process, the quality and efficiency of medical treatment in our country and the international advanced level there is a big gap between the basic reason lies in the inpatient flow unreasonable, the subjective and objective factors caused some omissions and negligence. These defects or risk factors are mainly embodied in the invalid waiting for a long time, may cause the individual patient deterioration or delay; hospitalization flow without value or repetitive operations in walking distance is too long and the hospitalization process standards, information error. Hospitalization process defects caused by results of performance in patients and their families to reduce hospital satisfaction, patients from the hospital to get effective treatment time to elongate, patients with severe risks or even risk of death. Want to get rid of the hospital and the hospitalization process risk, redundancy and low efficiency predicament, need to Lean Six Sigma management to persevere to improve quality, process improvement.Basic lean production concept to value as the starting point, the process design trade-offs to avoid all unnecessary waste, and continuous improvement, the ultimate realization of management efficiency.
