AbstractTyphoonisacommonnaturalphenomenoninsoutheastcoastsofChina.Itcausesalargenumberofcasualtiesandpropertylosseseveryyearbecauseofitsuncontrollabilityandextremlydestructiveeffect.Davenportspectrumadoptedintheloadcodebyourcountrycurrentlywasacquiredbystatisticsresearchwithaassumptionofergodicstationaryrandomprocess.Atyphoonisastrongwind.Thisdissertation,vonKarmanspectrumhasbeenrevisedaccordingtoresultsofresearchesonnon-stationarityoftyphoon.Therevisedspectrumwouldbereferenceforaguidanceonstructuralwindresistantdesignwiththepurposeofsafetyandeconomicreasonable.Differencesonnon-stationaritybetweenmonsoonsandtyphoon‘Hagupit’hasbeencontrasted.Rationalityoftheergodicassumptionaboutmonsoonsandsignificanceofnon-stationarityintyphoon‘Hagupit’havebeendemonstratedbyruntest.EMDhasbeenusedtoextracttrendterms.EffectivenessofEMDinextractingtrendtermsthroughruntestswithdifferenttimedistancehasbeendiscussed.Afterdifferenttime-frequencydomainanalysismethodshadbeencomparedandcontrasted,HHTwasselectedtoanalysenon-stationarysamples.HilbertPSDs,whichpossessesthesamephysicalmeaningwithFourierPSDsandreflectsnon-stationarity,havebeendeduced.AcoefficientofrevisedPSD??(n)andaindexofnon-stationarityNI(n)havebeendefined.Expectationof?(n)hasbeenfittedbystatistics.ExpectationofrevisedvonKarmanPSDhasbeendeduced.ContrastsofstructuralresponseofstructureswithdifferentnaturalperiodsofvibrationinDavenport,vonKarmanandrevisedvonKarmanPSDhavebeenconductedwithnewloadcode.Keywords:typhoon,fieldmeasurement,non-stationarity,HHT,windvelocityspectrum,structuralresponse目录摘要.......................................................................................................................IABSTRACT.............................................................................................................II第1章绪论.........................................................................................................11.1课题来源及研究的目的和意义.................................................................11.1.1课题来源..
