摘要信息技术 IT(Information Technology)是当今世界上最先进最活跃的生产力之 一，已经成为当代社会经济的基础。管理信息系统（MIS）是企业实施信息化建 设的一个非常重要的系统。由于企业管理活动的多样性与时变性，它必须具有适 应企业环境动态多变的能力。本文主要针对管理软件规模化生产与企业个性化需求之间存在的矛盾，研究 企业管理信息系统的柔性化途径和方法。要实现企业管理信息系统的柔性，关键 是要能够实现企业业务流程的可订制和业务单据的可订制。本文利用先进的流程 管理技术和软件技术，提出一种可定制业务流程与表单的柔性 MIS 的具体方案 与实现技术。本文首先根据一类企业的实际情况，采取面向对象和面向流程的设计思想， 分析和构建了一种柔性 MIS 的体系结构。系统被分为用户界面层、业务逻辑层 和数据库层。接着，在提出的柔性 MIS 体系结构的基础上，研究与设计了可视化流程定 制工具、表单定制工具及柔性 MIS 中的核心部件——流程控制引擎。可视化流 程定义工具的作用是为企业建立业务流程的计算机化描述。流程控制引擎基于工 作流机制，通过解析所订制的流程模型，实现对业务过程的控制与管理功能。最后，依据该柔性 MIS 模型，建立了一个可定制流程与表单的柔性 MIS 系 统软件原型。并以一个典型的进货流程为例，进行了系统验证，论实了系统的可 行性。关键词：管理信息系统，柔性，工作流，可视化定义工具，流程控制引擎ABSTRACTAs one of the advanced and active productivities, information technology has become the basis of social economy. Management information system (MIS) is an important platform for enterprise to implement informational construction, so it must provide the ability to adapt to the dynamic exchanges.Analyzed the developing situation of MIS and probed into the flexibility problem we discuss a MIS project which can more easily adapt the developing of enterprise through the researching of processes management technology and software technology.Firstly, according to the situation of enterprise, this paper analyses the framework of the system in flexible MIS with taking theories of object-oriented and process- oriented. There are three modules which include user interface layer, business service layer and data layer.Secondly, on the base of this framework, this paper research and designs the visual process definition tool, form definition tool and the core of flexible MISflow control engine. The visual definition tool can depict the operation process of enterprise as model in computer, which is used by flow control engine.
