摘要铁路作为现代运输的先驱，为世界经济发展和人类社会文明进步做出了巨大贡献。高速铁路客运专线是我国未来铁路旅客运输的核心体系，具有客流密度高、客运组织复杂等特点，铁路售检票一体化以及自动化也成为加快实现现代化的必然选择。客运专线建成投入运营后，客运专线在运输组织、客运管理、市场需要、旅客需求、服务水平等方面将有变化巨大。铁路的运能将极大提高，列车开行密度加大，开行方式更为灵活，旅客出行需求多样化，这些都对客运服务的质量和效率提出了更高的要求。随着铁路客运网规模的不断扩大和客流的持续增长，客运专线票务系统的数据处理量势必以几何级数迅速增长，信息的整合控制将更为复杂，业务需求变化也将更为快速。目前售检票工作在工作效率、服务质量、管理水平上存在明显不足，无法满足业务需求。本文首先对系统功能需求进行全面分析，然后对大量数据进行分析，建立起大带小模式、自动同步模式、应急处理等综合优化模型。在此基础上设计并实现了一个高度可靠的自动检票系统。应用面向对象建模技术，分析了系统的总体架构，然后进行了自动数据采集、信息鉴别技术、数据同步、第三方接口等模块的设计和实现。本文开发出集票务数据采集、票务信息鉴别、信息管理等功能于一体的票务管理软件。实验结果表明，该自动检票管理系统的可行性和有效性达到了设计要求。关键词：铁路客运专线售检票一体化自动化管理系统AbstractAsthepioneerofmoderntransportation,Railwaymadegreatcontributionsforthedevelopmentoftheworldeconomyandhumansocialcivilizationandprogress.High-speedpassengerraillineisthecoreofthefuturerailwaypassengertransportsysteminChina,whichhasahighdensityofpassengertraffic,passengerorganizationalcomplexityandothercharacteristics.Railwayfareintegrationandautomationhasbecomeaninevitablechoicetospeedupmodernization.Afterthepassengerspeciallineisbuiltupandputintooperation,itwillhaveahugechangeinthetransportationorganization,thepassengertransportationmanagement,marketneeds,thepassengerdemand,andcustomerservicelevel.Therailwaytransportcapacitywillsignificantlyincrease,increasingdensityofthetrainoperation,theoperationwaymoreflexible,thedemandofpassengertravelmorediversified.Higherrequestisputforwardregardingtotheservicequalityandefficiencyofthepassengertransport.Alongwithexpansionoftherailwaynetsandthecontinuedgrowthofpassengerflow,thedataprocessingcapacityoftheticketingsystemwillgrowwithgeometricalseriesrapidly.Theintegrationofinformationcontrolwillbemorecomplex,businessrequirementschangeswillalsobemuchquickly.Atpresent,obviouslydeficienciesofticketingsaleandcheckappearintheworkefficiencyandservicequality,managementlevel.Itcannotmeettherequirementofthepassengerspecialline.Thepaperbasedontheanalysisofthesystemfunctionalrequirementsandmasstestdata,builttheintegrationandoptimizationmodelsaboutbigwithsmall,automaticsy
