论文针对目前泰安宽带 论文针对目前泰安宽带 IP 城域网的现状及存在的问题，结合宽带网发展的趋 势，提出了提高网络管理能力、实现多种计费策略、支撑多样化的应用业务的宽 带 IP 城域网的优化建设目标。通过明确宽带接入服务器 BRAS 在宽带城域网中的 定位及其在网络中的作用，确定了宽带 IP 城域网优化建设的关键是宽带接入服务 器 BRAS 的优化。重点对宽带接入服务器 BRAS 的系统要求，扩展功能，组网应用， 特别是 PPPOE 协议在宽带接入服务器 BRAS 中的技术实现做了深入探讨。通过对 宽带业务用户群及应用需求预测，宽带用户数及流量预测，确定了以合理部署宽 带接入服务器 BRAS 为主的宽带 IP 城域网优化方案，并对优化前后的网络性能进 行了分析，对网络优化后的用户认证进行了分析，对优化后的宽带 IP 城域网的增 值业务进行了分析。泰安网通公司通过宽带 IP 城域网的优化建设，使网络层次清 晰，便于规划、管理和维护；具备业务的智能，可以对业务进行识别，并根据业 务类型实施多样化的业务策略和服务质量；具备多业务能力，可以支持多个业务 网络，满足未来网络和业务发展的需求。 关键词：宽带 IP 城域网 宽带接入服务器 BRAS PPPOE 协议 功能 优化 Abstract In view of the current situation and the existing problems of the Taian broadband IP IP metropolitan network, in conjunction with the broadband development trend, this dissertation puts forward construction goals on the optimization of the broadband IP metropolitan network, to enhance network management capabilities on multi-billing tactics, and on diversified services application of the broadband IP metropolitan network. Making clear the positioning and the function of the broadband access server (BRAS) in the broadband metropolitan network, the paper determines that the key of the broadband IP metropolitan network optimization is the optimization of the BRAS. It gives a profound analysis on the realization of the BRAS technology, focusing on the BRAS system requirement, its expansion function, networking application as well as PPPOE protocol. Having predicted the broadband users’ demand, the number of users and the traffic flow, it determines an optimization plan of the broadband IP metropolitan network based the optimal deployment of the BRAS. It also analyses the network performance before and after the optimization, analyses the user authorization and value-added services of the broadband IP metropolitan network after the optimization.
