摘要随着时代的发展，老年人渴望健康长寿的同时也希望生活质量与精神文化生活均衡发展。目前社会各界对老年人关注的焦点往往集中于居住需求方面，老年人的精神文化需求还未引起广泛重视，因此，如何构建满足老年人精神需求的老年大学建筑空间是本文关注的重点。本文在分析我国城市老年群体精神活动构成的基础上，指出老年教育是满足老年人精神生活需要、促进老年人个体发展、推动老年人继续社会化的重要方式。城市老年人对于老年大学的需求将会越来越大，但目前老年大学的数量和功能都不能满足老年人精神文化养老的需求。因此，对老年大学建筑设计的探讨就显得非常迫切。笔者对重庆市主城区老年大学进行调研，了解老年大学的现状并对在校学员进行问卷调查和访谈。根据调查，总结出现状存在的问题，即无障碍设计考虑不足；教室桌椅布置拥挤；缺乏室外活动场地；交往空间不足等等。针对以上问题提出复合性空间设计策略，即无须改变自身即可用于不同用途的空间形式，可实现学习、交流等多种活动同时进行的老年大学建筑空间。基于复合性空间设计策略，本文对教学部分、交通联系部分及平面组合形式的设计进行了探讨。针对教学用房的设计，首先基于自然采光要求对教室进深尺寸进行探讨，其次基于功能布置要求对教室开间尺寸进行探讨，最后根据进深和开间尺寸对教学用房柱网布置进行探讨。交通联系部分设计的主要目标是在满足基本交通功能的同时创造交往空间。最后在重庆市某老年大学实际工程项目的设计中，运用复合性空间的设计方法进行检验与分析，以验证复合性空间设计策略在老年大学设计中运用的可行性。论文希望通过对老年大学复合性空间的设计研究，对城市基础设施配套工作提供建议，一方面对现有建筑的改造提供选择，另一方面对即将新建的老年公共服务设施设计提供一定的参考。关键词：老年大学，复合性空间，设计策略ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofthetimes,theelderlydesiresalongandhealthylifeandalsowishesabalanceddevelopmentoflifequalityandthespiritualandculturallife.Atpresent,theconcernsabouttheelderlyfromthewholesocietymostlytendstobeontheresidentialdemandside,thespiritualandculturaldemandfortheelderlyhasnotattractedwideattention,therefore,howtobuildthespaceofelderlyuniversitythatmeetthespiritualneedsoftheelderlyisthefocusofthisarticle.Basedontheanalysisofspiritualactivitiesconstitutesofurbanelderlypopulation,thepaperpointsoutthatelderlyeducationisanimportantwaytomeetthespiritualneedsoftheelderly,promotetheindividualdevelopmentoftheelderlyandpushthecontinuoussocializationofoldpeople.TheurbanoldpeoplewillhaveanincreasingdemandfortheelderlyUniversity.Butthenumberandfunctionofelderlyuniversitiesatpresentcannotmeettheneedsofthespiritualculturallifeoftheoldpeople.Therefore,thediscussiononthedesignofbuildingforelderlyuniversityisextremelyurgent.TheauthormaderesearchontheelderlyUniversityinthemaincityzoneofChongqing,gotinformationaboutthecurrentsituationofelderlyUniversityandimplementedaquestionnairesurveyandinterviewsforthestudentsatschool.Accordingtothesurvey,theauthorsummeduptheexistingproblems,namelylackofconsiderationonbarrier-freedesign;thelay
