beenidentified:thefivecoumarins,umbdheforne(5),aphnogitin(6),daphnoretin(7),daphnoretin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(8),wikstrosin(9),respectively;thetenflavonoids,Naringin(1),5,6,7-Trihydroxy-4′-methoxy–dihydroflavonol(2),genkwanin(10),quercetin(11),quercitrin(12),sikokianinB(13),sikokianinC(14),stelleranol(15),genkwanolC(16),genkwanolB(17);thelignancompoundwaslirioresinolB(18);thetwosteroidalcompoundsareDaucosterol(20)andβ-sitosterol(21);theotherthreecompoundsrespectivelyarep-hydroxybenzoicacid(3),benzoicacid(4),dibutylphthalate(19).Thecompound(1)to(4)wereisolatedfromtheplantforthefirsttime.Inpharmacologicalstudies,throughthemousehotplatetest,aceticacidwrithingandearedemainducedbyxylene,thehigh,mediumandlowdosegroupsofethanolextractionswerestudiedonthepharmacodynamics,theresultsshowthat:(1)theethanolextractofWikstromiaindicacanprolongthepainthresholdandreducethenumberofwrithinginmice,inhibittheinflammatoryresponseinducedbyxyleneandsignificantlyreducetheearswellinginmice,ithadgoodanalgesicandanti-inflammatoryeffectsandshowedsomedose-effectrelationshipcomparedwiththecontrolgroupwithstatisticalsignificance(P0.05);(2)screeningforthefiveextractionsofpetroleumether,chloroform,ethylacetate,butanolandwater,theresultsshowedthattheethylacetateandn-butanoloneshadgoodanalgesiceffect,comparedwiththecontrolgroupwithstatisticalsignificance(P0.05),whereaspetroleumetheronehadsometoxicity;(3)researchingon10,30,60and90percentethanolelutionpositionsofthebutanolextractionfurther,theresultsshowedthat60and90percentofethanolsitehadgoodefficacycomparedwiththecontrolgroupwithstatisticalsignificance(P0.05).Theresultsshowedthattheethylacetateandn-butanolextractionsofWikstromiaindicahasgoodanalgesiceffect.AccordingtotheresearchaboutthechemicalconstituentsandpharmacologicalactivityofWikstromiaindica,thefurtherdevelopmentswerelaidasolidtheoreticalfoundation.Keywords:Wikstromiaindica;chemicalconstituents;pharmacologicalactivity广东药学院学位论文原创性声明本人郑重声明：本人所呈交的学位论文，系我个人在导师的指导下进行研究工作所取得的成果。除文中已特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，不包含其它个
