上海交通大学 硕士学位论文 信息时代下工业设计的新发展--多元化设计思维与先进制造技 术的融合 姓名：陆爱群 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：设计艺术 指导教师：陈育星 2003.2.1 信息时代的工业设计新发展 设计艺术学硕士论文 1 摘 要 科技的进步信息时代的到来人们消费的个性化导致大规模定制时代的到 来市场快速多变企业只有具备对市场迅速响应能力才能求生存发展国际上 先进技术制造已发展到快速原型Rapid Prototyping快速模具Rapid Tooling 快速反求Reverse Engineering,在信息互联网Internet的支持下形成一套快速 反应制造技术系统 目前这种先进的技术在国内刚刚起步开始应用于产品设计但国内绝大部分 设计院校和设计教育仍然沿用单一落后的正向设计和手工模型与国际先进技术 形成巨大反差是我国加入WTO之后改变这一现状尤为迫切 本文根据这一现状通过市场调研和积极参与实践主要研究在计算机控制下 CAD产品数据模型和在这一模型驱动下的模型制作和验证以及这一设计制作方 式对现代工业设计的作用并研究先进信息和制造技术环境下面向产品族的工业 设计新特点以及协同环境下工业设计的过程的变化和此过程中冲突的解决途径 并结合设计实例提出相应的设计方法 通过相关因素的研究探讨同步设计逆向成型和信息集成等现代设计理念与 现代设计教育之间的关系从而达到利用现代方法来促进国内产品设计和教学的目 的 关键词: 大规模定制 协同工作 产品族 快速原型 信息时代的工业设计新发展 设计艺术学硕士论文 2 Abstraction With technology progressing, information age coming and consumption individuating, Mass Customization age is coming. Because market changes fast, only enterprises that have rapid response capacity to market can survive and develop. International advance technology has developed to Rapid Prototyping, Rapid Tooling, Reverse Engineering, and these advanced technologies have formed a rapid response design and manufacture system. At present these advanced technologies rise in China, and start to apply to industrial design, especially to product design, but most of Chinese Design Academy still follow the behindhand positive serial design and making model by hands, far behind advanced technologies. This situation become more seriously after China enter WTO. Based on this situation, this article mainly study CAD digital model, practical model droved by CAD model and validation through practical model, via market research and practice. And study this new development method effect on modern industrial design. What is the new characteristic of industrial design under the advanced information and manufacture technologies?
