AS和ABS塑料类食品接触材料中丙烯腈的迁移研究_pdf 第5卷 第11期 2014年11月 食品安全质量检测学报 Vol. 5 No. 11 Journal of Food Safety and Quality Nov. , 2014 AS和ABS塑料类食品接触材料中丙烯腈的 迁移研究 陈 明1*, 舒 溢2, 茅 辰1, 罗世鹏2 (1. 常州进出口工业及消费品安全检测中心, 常州 213022; 2. 常州出入境检验检疫局, 常州 213022) 摘 要: 目的 研究AS(丙烯腈-苯乙烯)和ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)塑料食品接触材料中丙烯腈的迁移行 为。方法 采用顶空气相色谱法测定丙烯腈在不同食品模拟物和不同条件下的迁移量, 研究食品模拟物、温度 和时间对丙烯腈迁移量的影响, 并和丙烯腈单体残留量作对比。结果 AS塑料食品接触材料中丙烯腈迁移量 要高于ABS塑料; 在相同的使用时间和温度下, 50%乙醇模拟物中丙烯腈的迁移量最大; 在同种食品模拟物中, 丙烯腈迁移量随着接触时间的延长、接触温度的升高而增加。结论 AS塑料食品接触材料与ABS塑料食品 接触材料相比, AS塑料食品接触材料中丙烯腈在食品模拟物中更容易析出, 存在的安全风险更大。 关键词: AS塑料; 丙烯腈; 苯乙烯; 食品模拟物; 迁移 Research on migration of acrylonitrile in acrylonitrile styrene and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastic food contact materials CHEN Ming1*, SHU Yi2, MAO Chen1, LUO Shi-Peng2 (1. Changzhou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Changzhou 213022, China) ABSTRACT: Objective To study the migration of acrylonitrile from acrylonitrile styrene (AS) and acrylo- nitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic food contact materials. Methods The migration of acrylonitrile in dif- ferent kinds of food simulation was determined under different using conditions by the headspace gas chroma- tography, and the inference of food,simulation temperature and time to the migration of acrylonitrile was also studied, and the acrylonitrile monomer residue was compared to the migration of acrylonitrile. Results The migration of acrylonitrile in AS plastic food contact materials was higher than that of ABS plastic food contact materials. Under the same condition, the acrylonitrile migration in 50% ethanol is the biggest among the dif- ferent food simulation.
