ABSTRACTWiththecontinuouseconomicdevelopment,technologicaladvances,companiesarefacingtheinternalenvironmentandmarketenvironmenthasundergoneunprecedentedchanges.Facedwiththischange,enterprisecompetitionshiftedfromthecompetitionbetweenenterprisestothecompetitionbetweensupplychain,andthistransitionalsofacedenormouschallenges.Supplychaincollaborationwhileparticipatingenterpriseshavetoconsiderinmultiplemarginalization:thesupplychaininvolvedinbusinessasanindependenteconomicentitytomaximizeprofitsatthesametime,makingtheoverallsupplychainoptimizationtargetdeviation;sametime,thestructureofcomplexsupplychainnetwork,unstablemarketconditionsandindividualriskattitudes,resultinginasupplychainwhenmakingdecisionsintheenterprisewithacertaindegreeofriskappetite.Basedontheabovebackground,thispaperbasedonthenewsboymodelundermeanCVaRcriteria,consideredwholesalepricecontractmodel,revenuesharingcontractandbuybackcontractmodelwiththeretailerhasadifferentriskpreferences,anddiscussedthesupplychaincoordinationoftheofthesecontractsmodel.Inthispaper,basedonthenewsboymodelundermeanCVaRcriteria,respectively,inthewholesalepricecontract,revenuesharingcontractandabuybackcontract,constructedcontractextensionmodelbasedonmean-CVaRwhichcanmeasuredifferentriskpreferencesofretailer,andstudiedtheconditionswhichmadethecontractmodelofsupplychaintoachievecoordination.Researchturnedoutinasupplychainwithasinglesupplierandasingleretailer,assumingsupplierhastherisk-neutralcharacteristicwithandretailerhastherisk-neutralorrisk-aversecharacteristic,thewholesalepricecontractcan’tcoordinatethesupplychain.Intherevenuesharingcontractandrepurchasecontracts,whenthecontractparameterssatisfycertainconditions,thesupplychaincomposedofrisk-neutralsupplierandretailerwithriskappetitecanachievecoordination.Thispaperalsoanalyzestheretailersriskpreferenceparametersontheperformanceofthesupplychaininvolvedintheoperationofenterprisesandcontractparameters.Keywords:Supplychaincontract,Supplychaincoordination,Riskpreference,MeanCondition
