However, in recent years, juvenile crime has increasingly become an extrusive problem, affecting the social order. Bad behaviors in the juvenile group are expanding rapidly, and underlying causes of crime are also growing, resulted in more and more bad circumstances, social risks and serious social harm. This paper is to explore the minor crime problem from the ethical perspective.
