ABSTRACTcontiguousoperations,thefourbasicrequirementsensuredforestrytooperateeffectively,soitsetupaclearpropertyrighttooperatethemainbodyinplace,acleardivisionofresponsibilitiesandrights,toprotecttheinterestsofstricttransferprocessspecifications,Monitoringservicetobeeffectiveforestrysystem,andtrulyachieveamountainhasitsownmaster,themasterhasitsownright,therighthasitsresponsibility,responsibilityhasitsprofits,thesystemiscompleteandrichincontent,soItbecomeamajorculturalformstoregulatetheindividualbehaviors.Itwasnotonlytomaintaincommunitystabilityandsocialharmony,butalsotomaintainthelocalecology,alsoplayedanimportantrole.wecansaythatthereisnoforestrycontractregulatespeoplesbehavior,QingshuijiangRiver300yearsofforestryprosperitycannotbeachieved,therefore,forestrycontractswasunlocksocialharmony,economicdevelopment,forestryrunsmoothly,ecosystemstability,thesystemguaranteedakeyinQingshuijiangRiver.Today,inordertopursuedevelopmentandinadvertently,Chinasforestrymanagementfailtonoticeanumberofinstitutionalguarantees,thereisasmallamountoflocalproblems,itconstraintsforestrydevelopment.Analysisofthereasons:thereismainlynounderstandingoftheculture;forestmanagementdoesnotmeetthefourbasicrequirements.Therefore,Iproposewhetherthecontemporaryforestmanagementtorefertheforestrycontract,drawingontheculturalpatternsofthisForestryContractandtomaintaintheforestrydevelopmentwiththebindingeffectofculture.sowecanusetraditionalmanagementmethodsandmodernsciencetogethertoensuretheforestrytodeveloporderly.IhopetheshallowstudynotonlyserveasastimulusintodaysChinasruralforestryreformandmanagement.butalsoplaytheroleofreferenceandinspirationintheecologicalmaintenance,constructionofharmonioussociety,communityeconomicdevelopment.KeyWords：Wendou,ForestryContracts,ForestryProperty,MaintainFunctions第iv页图目录图3.1北号山、番故德、松离、下冉下宜示意图..................................................40图3.2乌堵溪林地示意图..........................................................................................41表目录表3.1文斗寨林业契约所涉及的主要事实表...
