中国教育国际交流协会 与 西班牙大学协会 合作谅解备忘录 2018 年4 月18 日 中国教育国际交流协会与西班牙大学协会（以下简称“双 方” ），愿意加强中西两国高等教育领域的交流 ，推动彼此高 校间的合作与交往 ，并达成以下共识： 第一条 目的 1.1 依据本谅解备忘录 ，双方致力于深化务实合作，搭建平台 以拓展双方高校的交流渠道。 1.2 双方的所有高等教育机构均有资格参与双方开展的合作 项目与活动。 第二条 领域与内容 2.1 双方将就下列内容进行合作：  信息共享  师生交流  科研合作  人员培训  来华实习  召开论坛及研讨会 2.2 未来在双方共同感兴趣的其他项目上的合作。 第三条 实施 3.1 双方成立联合工作小组，审批本备忘录框架下的项目与 活动。 3.2 联合工作小组会议轮流在中国和西班牙召开。双方各自 负担其差旅和住宿费用。 第四条 有效期及合法性 4.1 本备忘录于2018 年4 月18 日在西班牙马德里签署，自 签字之日起有效期为3 年。修订本备忘录，需双方书面同意 后方可生效。 4.2 本备忘录用中英双语起草。两种文本具有同样法律效力。 ________________________ ________________________ 中国教育国际交流协会 西班牙大学协会 Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation Between Crue Universidades Españolas And China Education Association for International Exchange April 18th, 2018 Crue Universidades Españolas and China Education Association for International Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”), willing to strengthen higher educational exchanges and to promote institutional cooperation between Spain and China, make the following memorandum of understanding (hereinafter referred to as “ MoU”): Article 1 Purpose 1.1 Under this MoU, the Parties intend to deepen the cooperation in the field of higher education, and to broaden channels for universities and colleges in the two countries to collaborate . 1.2 All higher educational member institutions of the Parties shall be eligible for consideration as participants in the programs of cooperative activities.
