已婚女性生殖健康状况调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨已婚女性生殖健康状况，为女性保健提供临床资料。 方法 2010年9月～2011年9月笔者收集正常体检的已婚育龄妇女的生殖健康体检资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 体检852例，检出妇科疾病种类有阴道炎450例（52.82%）、宫颈炎90例（10.56%）、乳腺增生343例（40.26%）、附件炎29例（3.40%）、子宫肌瘤14例（1.64%），有187例（21.95%）罹患2种以上妇科疾病。患病率与年龄、职业有关联。 结论 对已婚女性常见疾病应引起足够重视，定期体检对女性生殖健康的保障有着十分重要的意义。 　　[关键词] 已婚女性；生殖健康；体检；影响因素 　　[中图分类号] R169.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）04-0014-02 　　 　　Survey analysis of married womens reproductive health 　　ZHANG Haiqin1 ZHANG Haimin2 GUAN Yiguo3 　　1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Huanggu Health Center of Dushangang Town of Pinghu City, Pinghu 314203, China; 2.Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Zhapu Health Center of Pinghu City, Pinghu 314201, China; 3.Department of Internal Medicine, the TCM Hospital of Pinghu City, Pinghu 314200, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the reproductive health of married women and provide the clinical data for the womens health care. Methods The data of normal physical examination of the married womens reproductive health from September 2010 to September 2011 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results 852 cases were examined, and types of gynecological diseases included vaginitis 450 cases (52.82%), cervicitis 90 cases (10.56%), breast hyperplasia 343 cases (40.26%), annex inflammation 29 cases (3.40%), uterine fibroids 14 cases (1.64%), with 187 cases (21.95%) had more than two kinds of gynecological diseases. Conclusion We should pay sufficient attention to common diseases of married women, and regular medical examination for ensuring reproductive health of women is of great significance. 　　[Key words] Married women; Reproductive health; Physical examination; Factors 　　 　　生殖健康是与世界人口和发展息息相关的重要问题。自1994年开罗国际人口与发展会议（ICPP）将生殖健康定义为“在人类生殖系统及功能和过程的一切事宜上，包括身体、精神和社会等方面完好状态”??而不仅仅是无病或虚弱[1]，基于女性是人类再生殖的主要承担者这一事实，其生殖健康受到国际社会的广泛重视，有关精神卫生、社会适应及婚姻质量的研究报道逐渐增加。相对于发达国家而言，我国的生殖健康教育与研究起步较晚[2，3]。为了解已婚妇女生殖健康状况及相关因素与生殖健康的关系并提出合理措施，笔者于2010年9月～2011年9月收集
