12000正射影像图质量控制与检查探讨 　　摘要：本文通过对数字正射影像（DOM）的生产与监督，对数字正射影像产品质量的评定进行了总结，浅析了影响数字正射影像产品产品质量的几个环节以及数字正射影像产品生产的注意事项，用以期待能够指导今后同类产品的生产。 　　关键词：数字正射影像（DOM）；质量控制；生产与监督 　　Abstract: Based on the digital orthophoto production and supervision, this paper summer up the images (DOM), digital ortho image product quality assessment, Analyzed the several links that affect digital orthophoto product quality, and digital orthophotoNote production, to look forward to guide the production of similar products in the future.Key words: digital orthorectified images (DOM); quality control; production and supervision 　　 　　中图分类号：P237 文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2104（2012）02- 　　 　　Discussion about Quality Control and Inspection of 1:2000 Orthophoto Map 　　HU Junchang 　　(Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Institute of Liaoning Province, 　　Shenyang,Liaoning 110034,China) 　　 　　Abstract: Based on the production and supervision of digital orthophoto map(DOM), this paper has summarized the digital orthophoto map’s quality assessment, analyzed several links that effect digital orthophoto product quality and digital orthophoto production notes, in order to guide future production of the similar products. 　　Key words: digital orthophoto map(DOM); quality control; production and supervision 　　 　　0 引言 　　 数字正射影像（Digital Orthophoto Map简称DOM）是具有正射投影性质的数字影像，是利用数字高程模型扫描处理的数字的航空影像、遥感影像（单色或彩色），经逐个象元进行投影差改正，再按影像镶嵌，根据图幅范围剪裁生成的影像数据。它同时具有地图的几何特性和影像特性。可作为背景控制信息，评价其他数据的精度、现势性、完整性，也可作GIS的数据源。因此，在整个正射影像制作过程中，影像的数学基准及其精度是决定影像质量的重要环节，只有确保正射影像的精度质量，才能保证其他工作的正常进行。 　　1 数字正射影像的生产 　　1.1 数字正射影像生产流程 　　 现以VIRTUOZO NT生产数字正射影像来说明。 　　 1）航空摄影 　　 2）外业基础控制 　　 3）像片控制 　　 4）空三加密 　　 5）生成、编辑DEM 　　 6）拼接DEM 　　 7）生成正射影像DOM 　　 8）影像检查、匀光 　　 9）按图幅裁 　　 10）成果检查 　　 11）成果资料上交 　　 从以上流程可以看出，影响正射影像的精度的原因是多方面的，对于正射影像的成图检查也要从对于过程的监督入手，检查各工序的作业程序是否符合国家、行业规范以及设计书的要求，各项精度指标是否达到要求，正射影像的生产是否做到有序进行等等。 　　1.2 数字正射影像成图检查内容 　　 1）基本要求：文件名称、数据格式、数据组织 　　 2）数学精度：数学基础、平面精度、接边精度 　　 3）影像质量：反差、灰度、色彩、清晰度、分辨率、外观质量 　　 4）现实性：数据生产日期 　　 5）整饰质量：注记质量、图廓整饰质量
