甘氨双唑钠对中晚期鼻咽癌放射治疗增敏临床评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨甘氨双唑钠（CMNa）对中晚期鼻咽癌放射治疗增敏的临床疗效及安全性。方法 108例中晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组在常规放疗的基础上于放疗前1h静脉滴注CMNa 800mg/m2，每周3次，至放疗结束，对照组行常规放疗。观察两组患者的疗效及不良反应的发生情况。结果 两组患者在原发灶的完全缓解及总有效率，以及颈部淋巴结转移灶完全缓解率方面的比较，具有显著差异（P＜0.05），在颈部淋巴结转移灶的总有效率方面，无显著差异（P＞0.05）。两组患者在各种副作用的比较方面，无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论 甘氨双唑钠能够增加中晚鼻咽癌放疗敏感性，对不良反应无影响，具有良好的临床效果。 　　[关键词] 甘氨双唑钠；鼻咽癌；放射；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R739.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）34-65-02 　　 　　Clinical Evaluation of Curative Effect to Sensitization of CMNa in Radiotherapy for Middle-late Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma 　　HU Guangwei 　　Department of Ear-nose-throat， Zhoushan Hospital Headquarters in Zhejiang Province， Zhoushan 316004，China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness and safety of CMNa on sensitizing in radiotherapy for middle-late nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods All 108 cases of patients with middle-late nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Patients in experimental group i.v.gtt CMNa with dose of 800mg/m2 at 1 hour before radiotherapy on the base of conventional radiotheraphy，3 times in every week. CMNa was used till the end of radiotherapy. In the control group，the patients taken conventional radiotheraphy，and curative effect and adverse reaction were contrasted between experimental group and the control group. Results Complete remission rate and total effective rate of primary lesion，complete remission rate of cervical lymph node metastases had significant difference between experimental group and the control group（P＜0.05）. Total effective rate of cervical lymph node metastases was identical between experimental group and the control group（P＞0.05）. Incidence rate of adverse reaction was identical l between experimental group and the control group（P＞0.05）. Conclusion CMNa could increase sensitivity of radiotherapy in middle-late nasopharyngeal carcinoma，and has no effect on adverse reaction. It has a good clinical effect. 　　[Key words] CMNa
