山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要资源共享是电子政务建设的基本目标，也是国民经济和社会信息化的必然要 求。企业基础信息共享与应用系统作为政务资源共享的重要组成部分，是电子政 务资源整合的一个有效尝试，也是增强政府监管能力和执法水平，发挥电子政务 综合经济效益的有效方式。论文旨在建立一种基于数据库技术的多数据源可控查询平台，为实现各部 门、行业和领域以及各相关的应用系统信息共享提供简单方便、及时准确、综合 完整和系统一致的服务平台。用户访问异构数据时，只需指定所需要的数据，而 不必关心数据模式，数据抽取，数据合成以及这些数据是怎样获取的等细节。通 过对多数据库查询系统的访问，用户便能实现透明访问。论文以实际项目为应用基础，分析了在实际项目中实现多数据源可控查询平 台建立的可能性。以现有的联结各部门的电子政务专网为依托，采取前置机模式 构建了第三方数据交换和管理平台，在不影响各部门业务系统独立性、完整性和 安全性的前提下，实现了跨部门、异构系统、异构数据库之间的信息共享。文中 对 J2EE 的架构技术、MVC 模式的设计原理、Struts 框架的实现机制和工作流程 进行了系统的研究，同时从系统的用户、体系结构、功能、接口、界面等方面进 行系统的分析和设计，然后详细介绍了系统的业务实现。同时对查询执行过程中 的一系列问题进行了分析。由于本文设计时主要考虑资源共享，并没有包括数据 库系统中数据修改问题，所以在文中并没有分析数据一致性和事务相关问题。利 用本论文研究的技术，可以为不同地点、不同部门的信息化建设提供一个很好的 信息共享平台。关键词：多数据源，可控查询，前置机模式，电子政务AbstractThe share of resource is the basis target of the E-Government ， and also is the necessity dema nd of the nationa l economy and societ y information. In this way，there is a platform for the organizations and units to share the informatio n more conveniently，timely， comprehensively and consistently.
