ABSTRACTABSTRACTThe design of modern mechatronic product involves the multi-disciplinary crossing and Integration of machinery、electronics、hydraulics and etc . Along with therapid development of the complexity of industry product, the conventional simulation method and tools associated with single-domain discipline are unsuitable for analyzing and assessing functional properties for the complex product or its subsystems effectively. In the context of current technology, the Co-simulation platform including multi-domain is not established. Therefore, the design and analyze of complex mechatronic products are based on the Co-simulation by the interface between different simulation software.The research object is Magneto-rheological-fluid (MRF) absorber, based on the research object a new principle prototype of absorber is developed and designed. Modeling the mechanical-magnet-oelectric multi subsystem separately, adopt combinative methods of test and simulation, and determine architecture of the absorber. Then use the principle prototype as a model to realize the Co-simulation of multi-physics filed. The major research methods as follow:According to the basic principles of multi-body dynamics, hydrodynamics, hydraulics controlling, and MRF theories, the modeling and simulation of mechanical dynamic system, electromagnet finite element system, hydraulic system and controlling system are realized separately.The revised Bingham MRF damping force model and the original structural are applied to design the basic mechanical structure of MRF absorber, and the finite element method about magnet-electric is used to simulate the magnetic path, thereby the parameters of the structure are optimized. In order to satisfy design requirement, the simulation parameters are modified according to the result from bench test of absorber.Based on the model of absorber principle prototype, this paper simplified mechanical model, hydraulic model, and controlling model of the absorber, define
