摘要二维光学负反馈系统是将电学系统中的一维负反馈的概念引入光学信息处理 技术中，是一种将一维负反馈的概念扩展到二维负反馈应用的创新性尝试。在二 维光学负反馈系统中，其系统实现是采用全光学的方法，系统中没有器件对光路 的隔断，实现了真正意义上的光学闭环。结合光信息处理技术具有二维并行的优 势，该系统能克服传统电子系统在处理速度上的技术壁垒，其研究对现代信号处 理具有很重要的意义和价值。波前探测技术作为自适应光学中的关键技术，其应 用于二维光学负反馈系统有利于实现二维光学负反馈系统中相位控制问题，论文 对波前探测技术进行了较详细的理论分析，结合二维光学负反馈系统中的需求， 选择出最合适的波前探测器。以实现二维光学反馈的目的，有针对性地对波前探 测技术环节进行了理论分析和软件仿真，得到了一些较有价值的结论。论文的主要工作如下：① 综合阐述了三种波前探测技术：剪切干涉波前探测技术，夏克哈特曼波前 探测技术和曲率波前探测技术。结合二维光学负反馈系统对波前探测的要求，选 择出了适合于二维光学负反馈系统的波前探测技术。② 对夏克哈特曼波前传感器进行了理论分析，讨论了其工作原理和数据处理 流程，对其中涉及到的算法进行了详细的讨论和说明。建立了不同重构模式下夏 克哈特曼波前传感器的数学模型，并对不同重构模式工作条件下的夏克哈特曼波 前传感器进行了仿真。③ 对影响夏克哈特曼波前传感器探测精度的因素进行了分析，结合目前的研 究状况，分析了波长对夏克哈特曼波前传感器探测精度的影响并进行了仿真。④ 提出二维光学负反馈系统中闭环相位校正系统模型并对其进行理论仿真。 论文的创新之处是：① 提出一种由波前传感器和相位校正器构成的闭环相位校正系统的新的使 用方法。② 提出由夏克哈特曼波前传感器和纯相位空间光调制器构成的闭环相位校 正系统模型，并将其应用于二维光学负反馈系统中，使二维光学负反馈系统以全 光的方式实现负反馈。关键词：二维光学负反馈，波前探测，波前传感器，区域重构法，模式重构法ABSTRACTThe two-dimensional optical negative feedback system makes use of the concept of one-dimensional negative feedback in the electrical system, it is an innovative attempt which extends one-dimensional negative feedback to two-dimensional negative feedback. The two-dimensional optical negative feedback system is realized in all-optical way, there is no device to cut off the light, it gets the true sense of optical closed-loop system. The optical information processing technology has the advantages of two-dimensional parallel, the drawback of traditional electronic systems in the processing speed of the technical barriers is overcomed, it has a very important meaning and value to the study of modern signal processing. Wavefront sensing technology is the key technology of adaptive optics. It is conducive to the realization of two-dimensional optical negative feedback phase control system in two-dimensional optical negative feedback system. A detailed theoretical analysis of wavefront sensing technology is carried in this thesis. Considering about the need of two-dimensional optical negative feedback system, the most appropriate wavefront
