maximumthethresholdofthismethodisnotneededtobechanged,andthealgorithmhasgoodstability.TheinformationextractionoffiberprofilesundertheconditionsoflowSNRisresearched.Iftheobservationtargetshavehighmagnitude(ie,thetargetstarsarefaintones),theobserved2-DfiberspectraldatahavesolowSNRthatthefiberprofilesareburiedbynoise.Profilefittingmethodcannotbedirectlyusedtoextractthespectraofthesedata.Thenempiricalmodedecompositionandstationarywaveletdecompositionareemployedtoanalysetheobservationaldataandthecorrespondingflat-fieldimageisusedasareferenceimage.Finally,thedataarereconstructedafterfilteringtorecoverthefiberprofilespollutedbynoise.Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheproposedmethodcanwellrecovertheshapesandcharacteristicsofthefiberprofiles,andtherecovedprofilescanmeetthefiberprofilerequirementofthefollow-uphigh-precisionspectrumextractionalgorithm.Theprofilefittingforthenon-Gaussiandistributionalfibersisresearched.BecausetheeffectsofopticalgratingandCCDcameraperformances,thefiberprofilesbyexposurearenotthenormativeGaussiandistributionbutwithasymmetricorlocalflattenedtopfeatures.TheFWHMofpointspreadfunctioninLAMOSTisrelativelywide,sothiseffectismorepronounced.First,thedifferencesbetweentheobservedfiberprofilesandthetheoreticalGaussianmodelprofilesareintroducedbasedontheobserveddataofLAMOST.Then,doubleexponentialmodelaretakentofittheobservedfiberprofiles.Experimentalresultsshowthatforthedatawhichsatisfytherequirementofthesignaltonoiseratiotheproposedmethodcanachieveagoodfittingresults.Especiallyforflattenedtopandasymmetricalprofiles,theapproachscanbeveryclosetotherealones.Theextractionproblembasedonthe2-DlGaussianmodelisresearched.Thetraditionalextractionspectrummethodsonlyusethe1-Dmodeltoextractthefiberspectrabasedonthe1-Ddatainthespatialdirectionofthe2-Dimage.Infact,thetargetsignalisshownontheCCDthroughthegratingandotherequipmentastheformof2-Dpointspreadfunctionofthepixeltodiffuseneighborhoodarea,and1-Dextractionspectrummethodsignorethisfeature.Proposed2-Dspectrumextractionm
