山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 虎龙沟煤矿 8 煤层部分区域采用采 9m 留 6m 的房柱式采煤方法回采完毕，上部的 5 煤层因而处于蹬空开采状态，5 煤层拟采用长壁综放开采方案。 本文首先对虎龙沟煤矿 8 煤层和 5 煤层及其顶底板岩性、结构、稳定性等进行了详 细的现场调研与分析，并采用多种理论方法，对房式开采后顶板覆岩及 5 煤层的变形进 行了预计，对煤柱稳定性进行了分析。其次，基于该矿的现实条件，建立三维 FLAC 3D 模型，分别对 8 煤层不同采宽留宽、未垮落和梯形垮落等 8 种情况下，5 煤层底板的下 沉、倾斜、曲率变化规律进行了预测。然后在上述 8 种情况下，对 5 煤层布置长壁综放 工作面进行模拟开采，分析不同推进步距时，5 煤层底板、8 煤层空区煤柱的压力及变形 ， 以此预测 5 煤层长壁开采过程对 8 煤层空区煤柱稳定性的影响。最后给出了 5 煤层工作 面巷道掘进过程中底板破坏程度及破坏深度探测方案。 本课题的研究，对蹬空区上方煤层安全开采有重要的工程应用价值。 关键词：房式开采，上行开采，长壁开采，底板变形，煤柱稳定，FLAC 3D Abstract 8 coal seam of Hu long gou coal mine area use adopting 9m lea ving 6m which is room and pillar type method is Stoping finished.So the upside of 5 coal seam is in pedal empty mining status 5 coal seam longwall is will use fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining scheme. At first ， this article show a detailed site invest igation and analysis of roof and floor lithology ， struct ure and stability of 8 and 5 coal seam ， and use a variet y of theoret ica l met hods，typing room and the roof rock after mining of coal deformation of 5，and analyze the stability of coal pilla r Secondly ， based on the specific conditions of the mine ， a three- dimensiona l FLAC 3D model is established. 5 coal seam floor of the sink ， tilt ， curvature variation is predicted at 8 different coal mining width to stay wide，without caving and caving ladder and other 8 cases. Then simulate 5 coal caving long wall mining face and analyze 5 coal seam floor ， 8 coal pilla r cavity pressure and deformation when pushed from the different progress to predict affect of 5 coal mining to 8 empty area of coal pilla r stability. Finally ， propose five coal-face tunneling process to the depth of floor dama ge and failure detection program. The research of project has important applica tion value for the safety of empty area of the tread above mining coal.
