摘要随着经济社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高，旅游业发展和城镇建设是当今 世界特别是发展中国家经济社会发展过程中的两个重要组成部分。2012 年全球旅 游总人数已经超过 10 亿人，旅游业已成为世界经济中的一个重要组成部分。旅游 业与城镇建设都是社会经济的组成部分，两者的协调发展对社会经济发展有极大 的推动作用。旅游业的发展为城镇建设的进行积累了人力、资金等要素，推动城 镇建设的发展；城镇建设为旅游业的发展提供后勤支援以及各种服务支持，促进 旅游业的发展提高。本文首先通过对所涉及的相关理论进行简述，分析旅游业与城镇建设之间的 互动关系，说明两系统的相互作用。其次通过对旅游业与城镇建设互动关系的分 析，基于科学性、可操作性、代表性、变化性等原则，选取适当的指标，建立旅 游业与城镇建设耦合指标体系，运用物理学上的耦合方法建立旅游业与城镇建设 耦合模型以及耦合协调模型。分别以广西壮族自治区和桂平市为例，分析广西壮 族自治区和桂平市旅游业、城镇建设的发展水平、耦合度以及耦合协调度，其中 旅游业分为旅游收入、旅游就业、旅游产业规模和旅游产业效应四个方面进行评 价分析，而城镇建设依据主体的不同而将指标分为四大类：人口城镇化、空间城 镇化、经济城镇化和社会城镇化。通过对广西和桂平市旅游业与城镇建设的发展 研究以及两系统的耦合度、耦合协调度的计算分析，得到广西和桂平市旅游业与 城镇建设都获得了一定的发展，两系统的耦合协调度也在加强，但都还是处于初 级阶段，还需进一步加强两系统的协调度，以促进旅游业和城镇建设的协调可持 续发展。最后依据当前实际提出几点旅游业与城镇建设协调发展的建议。关键词：旅游业；城镇建设；耦合；协调性AbstractAlong with the economic and social development and the people’s living level’s develop, tourism development and urbanization construction have become the two important parts of the economic and social development in the world especially for the developing countries. The total number of global tourism has been more than one billion people in 2012; tourism has become an important part of the world economy. Tourism and urbanization construction are the integral part of social economy, the coordinated development of them would have a great role for the social and economic development. The development of tourism has accumulated human, funds and the other factors for urbanization construction which would promote the urbanization construction’s development.
