成都中医药大学硕士学位论文成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 1 中文摘要目的：评价观察芪丹通脉片治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证的临床安全性与有效性。方法：从成都中医药大学心血管内科门诊及住院部收集 45 例符合冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证诊断标准的患者，采取随机、双盲双模拟、阳性药平行对照设计，分为试验组和对照组,试验组服用芪丹通脉片，同时口服养心氏片的模拟药片；对照组服用养心氏片治疗，同时口服芪丹通脉片的模拟药片，疗程 4 周，观察治疗前后各症状记分及相关检查变化情况。结果：临床试验结果分析表明 , 试验组对冠心病的显效率为 38.10%，总有效率 71.43%,对照组分别为 33.33%，71.43%，组间比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05).两组病例治疗后各症状与治疗前比较均有明显改善,且安全性分析未见异常. 可靠。结论：芪丹通脉片治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证疗效肯定，安全关键词：冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证芪丹通脉片 Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect,security of QiDan Tong Mai pills on angina of coronary heaat disease of Qi deficiency and blood stagnadion syndrome ,and explore its mechanism. Methods 45 cases of angina of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stagnation syndrome were observd and randomly and averagely devided into treatment group and control group .Treament group were treated with QiDan Tong Mai pills,while control group were treated with Yangxinshi pills. The period of treatment was 4 weeks. The correlative eximations were taken before and after the treatment. Result Effection of treatment group was 38.10% while the control group was 33.33%.There was no significant difference.The total effective rate of treatment group was 71.43% while the control group was 71.43%. There was significant diference between the two groups The symptoms and signs,compared to these before treatment of the two groups both got better obviously.No obvious side effect was found. Conclusion QiDan Tong Mai pills has obvious effect on angina of coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stagnadion syndrome and it is safe..
