摘要摘要在现代交通出现以前，水路的开发利用程度是经济发展的重要标志。纵观人类社会历史，交通运输始终作为重要的区位因素影响着区域经济的发展。本文从交通与区域经济协同发展的角度，阐述了天津开埠后，水路与保定地区经济发展的问题。保定地区的水路运输，自古就很发达，具有悠久的历史。历代对水路的开发利用都非常重视，但是作为黄金通道，它的价值在天津开埠以后才真正体现出来。自从1860年天津天埠以后，天津与内地的联系越来越密切，水路运输的作用也越来越重要。二十世纪初，伴随着铁路的出现和现代公路的产生，现代交通对传统的水路运输形成挑战，而在保定，水路运输的重要地位并未发生改变，水路运输在运输市场中仍占主导地位。水路运输的繁荣促进了城乡经济的发展。在农村，大量工业品的流入和农副产品的流出，使农村生产结构和以前相比有了很大变化。为了适应市场需用，农村经济作物的种植有所扩大，副业生产也有所发展，农村商品经济和以前相比有很大不同。在城市，大量洋货、土货的输入输出带来了商品贸易的兴盛，商品经济的繁荣。水路运输沟通了城乡之间的联系，促进了城乡经济的发展，保定与周边地区形成了区域性的市场网络。关键词：保定水路运输经济发展IAbstractAbstractBeforethemoderntransportationwasdeveloped,thedevelopmentandutilizationofwatertransportationisanimportantsymbolofeconomicdevelopment.Throughoutthehumanhistory,transportationhasalwaysbeenanimportantlocationalfactorwhichissignificanttotheregionaleconomicdevelopment.Fromthetrafficandregionaleconomiccooperativedevelopmentpointofview,thispaperexpoundstherelationshipbetweenthewaterwayandBaodingregionaleconomicdevelopmentafterTianjinportwasopen.ThewatertransportationofBaodingareawaswelldevelopedsinceancienttimes.Eachdynastyhadattachedimportancetothedevelopmentandutilizationofwatertransportation,butasagoldchannel,thevalueofithasbeenembodied.SinceTianjinportwasopenin1860,Tianjinandmainlandcontactbecomecloserandcloser,theroleofwatertransportationismoreandmoreimportant.Atthebeginningofthetwentiethcentury,alongwiththecomingoftherailroadsandmodernhighway,moderntransportationbecomesagreatchallengetothetraditionalwatertransportation.However,inBaoding,thestationofwatertransportationoftheimportantpositiondidnotchange.Thewatertransportationstillholdaleadingpostinthetransportmarket.Theprosperityofthewatertransportationpromotesthedevelopmentofurbanandruraleconomy.Inthecountryside,alargeinflowofindustrialandagriculturalproductsandoutflowofsidelineproducts,makethestructureofproductionchange.Inordertoadapttothemarketneeds,ruraleconomiccropshavesomewhatexpanded,agriculturalandsidelineproductshasdeveloped.Theruralcommodityeconomyisquitedifferentthanbefore.Incity,alargenumberofforeig
