摘要随着社会经济的发展，人们对于心理健康的关注不仅仅在于焦虑、抑郁等消 极方面，对幸福是什么以及如何获得幸福感的探讨成为人们日渐关注的话题。主 观幸福感作为生活满意程度以及心理健康水平的重要指标，是近年来心理学界以 及积极心理学领域的一个全新的研究视角。中等职业学校学生（以下简称中职生） 作为一批容易被忽视的学生群体，由于特殊原因被分流到职业学校，他们的心理 健康也是一个不容小觑的问题，对他们的主观幸福感进行研究以便使他们更好的 适应生活并融入社会具有重要价值。曲艺作为中国最具民族民间色彩的表演艺 术，在中国整个的文艺发展史上，占有十分重要的地位。二十一世纪，国家大力 加强职业技能教育的投入和发展，曲艺艺术如何直面受众面萎缩、传承与创新并 举，是一个值得研究的主题，关心并关注曲艺中职生的主观幸福感并促进学习具 有重要意义。本研究采用《总体幸福感量表》，以苏州某曲艺学校（评弹表演专业）317 名中职生为被试，进行问卷调查，考察曲艺专业学生主观幸福感的状况。发放问 卷 317 份，回收问卷 317 份，剔除无效问卷后，有效问卷 311 份。用 spss 进行 数据分析后，对曲艺专业中职生的主观幸福感在性别，年级，生源地，单亲，独 生子女，月消费等人口统计学变量上进行分析，得出曲艺专业中职生主观幸福感 的特点。并根据问卷调查结果筛选出 40 名主观幸福感低分学生，其中 20 名作为 实验组，20 名作为对照组，对实验组学生进行为期八周的团体干预，考察团体 干预对提高曲艺专业中职生主观幸福感的影响。 研究结果表明：（1）曲艺专业中职生主观幸福感处于中等水平，且在性别， 生源地维度上存在显著差异，在单亲，年级维度上存在极其显著差异，在独生子 女，月均消费维度上没有显著差异。（2）团体心理干预能够有效提高曲艺专业中 职生的主观幸福感。 关键词：曲艺专业 中职生 主观幸福感IAbstractWith the development of social and economic, people not only focus on anxiety, depression and other negative aspects of mental health.
