AbstractAsanindispensablepublicandindustrialresourcessector,urbanwatersupplysectorplaysanimportantroleinthedevelopmentofnationaleconomy.RapidurbanizationcoursepromotesthecontinuousdevelopmentofwatersupplysectorinChina.Howeverwiththetighteningmonetarypolicy,financialproblemsofthelocalgovernment,andliquidityshortageoffinancialinstitutions,theexistingfinancingchannelhasbeenunabletomeetthefunddemandofwatersupplyenterprises.Therefore,itisofboththeoreticalsignificanceandpracticalvaluetoexplorenewfinancingmodeforwatersupplyenterprises.Thedissertationtakesboththetheoryanalysisandthecaseanalysismethods.Firstitanalyzestheeconomiccharacteristicsoftheurbanwatersupplysectorandthespecialtiesofthefinancingleasebusiness.ThenitstudiesthemanagementstatusandfinancialfeaturesbackgroundofanurbanwatersupplyCorporationofZcity.Thecorporationhaslargecapitalrequirementinthecomingyears.Howeveritaspublicinstitutionsrunsatalosswithlowinvestmentreturn,inadequateabilitytomakeprofitandweakabilitytopaydebt.ThereforethealternativefinancingchannelsareverylimitedforthewatersupplyCorporation.Thenthedissertationmaintainsthatthefinancingleasebusinessisinagreementwithurbanwatersupplysectorabstractly.Inthiswayweproposeafinancingleasesolutionforthecompany,whichisanoperationalleasebackforthewaterpipelayingsystemrepresentingthemajorityofthecompanyassets.Thissolutioncannotonlyactivatethecompanyassets,optimizethefinancialstructure,butalsoarrangethebudgetflexiblyandreducethetax.Thedissertationalsodemonstratesthefeasibilityandadvantageoffinancingleasecomparedwithbankloan.Lastbutnotleast,thedissertationintroducestheprocedureoftransactingfinancingleasebusinessinbank,givingpracticalguidancetowatersupplyenterprises.Keywords:WatersupplyindustryFinancialmodeFinanciallease目录摘要...............................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................................II1绪论1.1论文选题背景和研究意义..
