AbstractUrbanizationisaneconomicphenomenoninmostcountriescurrently,especiallyinnewdevelopingcountriesincludingChina.Itisnotonlytheresultsofnationalindustrializationandthedevelopmentofthenationaleconomy,butitisthedevelopmentstrategyofdevelopingcountries.Sincethereformandopeningpolicy,China’surbanizationprocess,especiallytherapiddevelopmentofurbanfringeareas,whichleadtheeconomicandsocialdevelopmentimprovedsignificantlyinurbanandruralareas.InUrbanizationprocesspractice,changingvillagesintocommunities（referredtoCVCinthispaper）isamajorformwhichisperformedbythegovernment.CVCisnotonlyacomprehensiveprojectbutalsoaspecialpolicyintheparticularhistoricalperiodofChina.Itmeansallagriculturalpopulationinthecommunitychangesintourbanresidentswithnolandacquisitionandnoresettlementemployment.Meanwhileitalsoappearsseriesofsocialproblems.ThispaperaimstoresearchrelatedtheoriesofurbanizationandCVC.BasingonthesetheoriesitanalyzesthepracticalofCVCinShihezianddiscussestheproblemsappearingtheprocessofurbanization,TakeShangLiugongVillage,HePanVillageandnewVillageofMingZhuthreevillagesinShiHeziasanexample.Finally,accordingtothesephenomenaitmakessomeadvice.Keywords:Urbanization,changingvillagesintocommunitiesinShezi,problemsstudy目录第一章引言.................................................................................................................................................11.1研究背景...........................................................................................................................................11.2研究目的和意义...............................................................................................................................11.3国内外村改居研究综述...................................................................................................................21.3.1国外情况................................................................................................................................21.3.2国内情况..................................................................
