Abstract
Under the social background with a knowledge-based economy, talent has
become the key factor to core competitiveness of enterprises. How to motivate the
organizational citizenship behavior and reduce the deviant behavior of employees ,
and then to gain a competitive advantage through employees’effort, are the great
challenges faced by Chinese enterprises when creating high-performance human
resource management system. In recent years, scholars carried out large number of
studies on the structure and impacts of the high performance human resource
management system, but did not form a unified point of view. Based on current
theoretical and practical background, this study raised the following issues: what
kind of impact does the high-performance human resource management system make
on organizational citizenship behavior, employees’ deviant behavior and turnover
intention? What is the relationship between these variables? The writer made a bold
assumption, and carried out an empirical study based on this assumption
In this study, 119 subjects had been surveyed by utilizinghigh-performance
human resource management system table, organizational citizenship behavior table,
employees’ deviant behavior table and turnover intention table. Different from other
researches, in the course of the survey, the writer took two measures to avoid the
homologous error of data: one is to make a space when issuing the independent
variable and dependent variable questionnaire with the first questionnaire been
issued before the Spring Festival and the second after the Spring Festival. As a result,
the measurement is separated in time and space. Another measure is to hide the name
of the questionnaire, thus to separate the measurement psychologically, which reduce
the guess on the purpose of measurement
The data were analyzed by SPSS13.0, including correlation and regression
