中 文 摘 要领导工作是人类自觉的实践活动，是永恒的、特殊的、重要的实践活动。 新中国建立之后，我们国家各个阶层的领导者任务逐渐发生了质的改变，新中 国建立之前，我们国家的性质一直处于半封建半殖民地的状态，所以国家也没 有一个完整的正规的规章制度来规定社会活动的准则。这种状态的持续，也间 接导致了我们国家领导者行为的性质发展过程缓慢而停滞不前。新世纪以来， 特别是党的十八大以来，我党对于领导方式的革新已经将其提上日程。在十八 大会议上不断地进行总结与展望。面对这个服务型社会，面对这个职能性的政 府，对于领导的影响力尤其是非法定权力的影响力研究更是迫在眉睫的课题。本文交待了非法定权力的一些基本概念、基本问题及理论基础，立足于我 国目前领导非法定权力运用之现状，并借鉴了中外领导者非法定权力运用的成 功事例和经验，提出了我国领导非法定权力运用的有效策略建议。本文以领导 的非法定权力的概念为论据，结合多个领导的成功案例，由浅入深的探讨了领 导的非法定权力运用过程中的优缺点，并借鉴国外经典理论，或借鉴，或以此 为戒，在领导力执行的过程中加以运用。在领导的权力运用的过程中，要把对领导力的研究视作一门科学，以科学 的精神和态度从事工作和引导追随者达到最佳工作状态。本文的独道之处在于 视角的独特，即以领导理论为视角提出策略建议，当然研究的内容还不够深入， 这是本文不足之处。与此同时，本文在借鉴了相关资料的基础上，将领导人格魅力、领导能力、 领导方式和领导艺术进行了全面阐述，这为现实组织中的领导更好的发挥非法 定权力的影响提供了有益的参考。关键词：领导 非法定权力 运用 策略IAbstractLeadership is the human conscious practice, is the eternal, special, important activities.
