我国轮胎翻新行业发展中的若干问题研究摘要轮胎翻新行业是一个解决废旧轮胎污染问题和节约资源的绿色环保产业也是轮胎工业中不可或缺的重要一环我国传统热翻工艺已不能适应新形势下中国市场的需要亟待引进和发展世界先进的冷翻生产工艺来改变目前的状况同时由于种种原因我国轮胎翻新行业在发展中还面临许多问题和困难本文在此背景下展开研究希望能为相同或相近领域的环保型中小企业发展,以及如何进入中国提供一些可供借鉴的思路和经验本文首先从轮胎翻新行业的意义发展历史和废旧轮胎翻新原理着手指出轮胎翻新可以带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益我国当前应支持废旧轮胎的回收加工再利用各环节企业的发展其次通过对马来西亚 NW 公司的分析折射出马来西亚翻胎行业 40 多年的发展历程通过其间所面对的改变和挑战以及对美国等国际翻胎市场发展情况的分析归纳出国际上成熟翻胎市场的共同点接着研究了中国翻胎行业所面对的大环境和发展现状运用迈克波特战略分析方法对其结构进行分析指出中国翻胎行业与发达国家相比差距极大整个冷翻市场还处在婴儿阶段然后着重讨论了翻胎厂没有充足的胎源和翻胎行业没有得到政府足够重视这两个问题得出三点对策建议 1.政府相应的支持政策和管理条例要尽快出台; 2.翻胎企业要加快技术改造; 3.对翻胎用户要加强教育与指导最后预测如果能实现以上三点,翻胎行业将具有良好的赢利能力和面临快速发展的机遇关键词中小企业,轮胎翻新冷翻工艺环境污染环保产业2RESEARCH ON SOME PROBLEMS OFTHE DEVELOPING TYRE RETREADING INDUSTRY IN CHINAABSTRACTTyre retreading industry is not only a industry which can solve the pollution caused by old tyre but also an environment friendly industry which can save the energy. It always plays an important role in the tyre industry. The traditional hot-cured tyre retreading technology can not meet the new requirement in China any more. To solve this problem, it is necessary to import and digest the advanced precured tyre retreading technology. At the same time, due to the historical reason, this industry in China is facing some other difficulties. The research is done under this background. Related small and middle-level environment friendly industries can share the experience from it.Firstly, this dissertation starts from the value and development of the tyre retreading industry, as well as the theory of tyre retreading. Chinese government should support the recycling and reusing old tyre, since it give us tremendous social benefit andeconomic benefit. Secondly, the 40 years’ development history of tyre retreading in Malaysia is analyzed through taking NW as an example.
